Here’s your chance to show off your creativity and your sandwich skills. Before you start, check with an adult to make sure that you have all the ingredients you need for these fun sandwiches.

4	slices Sunbeam or Bunny White Bread or Nature’s Own Whitewheat Bread
	Mayonnaise
4	lettuce leaves
8	slices (1 ounce) bologna
	Suggested decorations: Squeeze mustard and catsup, pimento-stuffed green olives, sliced ripe olives, carrot and celery sticks, pretzel sticks, string cheese

Spread bread slices with desired amount of mayonnaise. Top each slice with a lettuce leaf and two slices bologna. Decorate bologna slices to resemble funny faces: Position whole green olives, pimento-side up, or ripe olives for eyes (add a squeeze of mustard to center of ripe olives for pupils); add eyelashes, eyebrows or eye glasses with mustard; make a smiling mouth with mustard or a crosswise slice of celery; add some red catsup cheeks and a carrot or pretzel nose; use 2 crosswise-cut celery slices for ears; separate cheese into strings and position for hair, cutting into pieces as necessary.
